Bought in conjunction with the 11/14 west halkin street project, this property had a particularly dated layout but we saw huge potential. Our aim was to create a light, airy apartment complemented by a superb new roof terrace. We worked closely with the planning authority to achieve permission for the terrace. The works were completed on schedule. The apartment was transformed, is now stylishly open and, aided by the rising property prices, has seen a huge uplift in value.
