Evelyn gardens was a joint venture with a private investor. The property was purchased well in 2000. Through experience we knew that by changing the layout we would maximise the available space, thereby improving rental revenue. We employed a specialist architect whose contemporary designs included three new bedrooms and a new reception, dining area and kitchen plan.
Following completion on the building works, we provided a lavish interior design and the property subsequently let to the actress Gwyneth Paltrow.
