One of our earliest projects, elm park gardens, set a precedent for magenta. The dated two-bedroom, one-bathroom property was a quick sale purchase – bought for a good price.

Our refurbishment works included significant alterations to create modern space. This included installing an RSJ in the reception area immediately adding a further two feet to the room.  Further renovation saw the addition of an extra bedroom and bathroom, and complete interior design. The property was sold just two weeks after going on the market.
